Kirrily And Pete Celebrate A Milestone Birthday

 

As a special birthday gift from Kirrily, Pete from Drouin was treated to a weekend away in Gippsland, with the primary event a special overnight stay with Honeysuckles Astronomy Tours. The night of the 5th June started off with high cloud, but patience was rewarded with some spectacular views above finally enjoyed. Though early yet for prime viewing – August will be best, Saturn and Jupiter were bonus views due to the later finish. Following a hearty breakfast, Pete and Kirrily headed off next morning on their motor bikes for a night in Port Albert. Happy Birthday Pete!
