Planned To celebrate Matthew’s 40th, “the three amigos” booked an overnight stay tour with Honeysuckles Astronomy Tours and traversed some serious space and time in an evening under the stars…

The night was crisp and very clear with galaxies, globular clusters, star forming regions and the magic of the Milky Way all on show through the telescope throughout the evening. The lads enjoyed a great social catch up with each other, as well as doing something none of them had experienced before – a tour of the universe, in style! Omega Centauri and the Sombrero Galaxy wowed the group the most, with Eta Carina up there with them. It was a terrific night and getaway from Melbourne for the trio.
