Jess And Cherry Satisfy Their Desire To See The Inner Workings Of A Starry Sky

Having never looked through a telescope before every guest needs a little time and practice to get used to the focusing and views. But after a short while, “experience” builds and guests master the art. For this reason an important part of our tour experience is giving each guest lots of time at the eyepiece looking at objects. It’s the best way to learn the ropes – along with plenty of tuition and guidance. By the end of the evening, our guests have become “old hands”.

DY Crucis – a red “carbon star”, was a favourite pick by Cherry on last night’s tour. Chosen for its standout colour, it always creates an impact when seen. But best views are always a difficult choice. Every view is a best view as they can be all so different from one another in what they offer visually 🙂
